Default electronic load detector code b18b swap in 98 canada hatch

hi
I just started my b18b swap in my 98 canadian hatch.
My problem is that I am throwing a code 20 (electronic load detector) when I plug in the obd 2 ls ecu. I was wondering if I have to change out the fuse box and wire it up since it's canadian car??? or if anyone else has experienced this??? or if any one has a fix for this??? I also don't have the second o2 hooked up yet either because I'm in the process of welding a bung after the cat, so I don't know if this ties in or not???? I have a obd2 japan integra fuse box so it's not a big deal if I have to put it in. I searched but didn't find any solid answers.
I am also throwing a water temp code. would that be the sensor on the thermostat housing or one on the head???
also iavc code but I did the wire changes as explained in the diagram.

I would greatly apreciate the help.

you need to somehow wire in the ELD unit. i dont know how, but i do know that you need to get one. either that or run an obd1 computer with a jumper, i dont think the obd1 integras has ELD

I just finished the same swap in my car, canadian hatch too. I'm still waiting for a fusr box with an ELD. The only thing I'm not sure about is if there is an existing plug(s) that connect to it on our canadian cars. Try hooking up the jdm fuse box and let me know how that goes.

As for the water temp sensor, I'm pretty sure it's the one on the head. someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

Double check the the re-pinning for the ecu and make sure the pins are in there tight. After my swap I threw the iacv code too, and when I double checked pin A12 it pulled right out.

good luck to you

BTW are you throwing a code 91: fuel tank pressure sensor?
