which is a better short shifter?

 

Neither....they both suck just playen, I have heard very good things about both, but I think the general opinion is skunk2 is better, Try and do a search and you will find out.

 

i have no experience with the skunk2 but my friend had a B&M in his car and it was sweet. but imo i wouldn't put a short shifter in a teg unless you had like 150 to just use cuase the tegs shift is already pretty short.

 

Both are well made, from here it'll just come down to your personal opinion.

ya i was gonna say that but oh well. The B&M can be had for 40 bucks shipped on ebay though! I just bought a dual bend one. The skunk2 was 80 bucks so thats what helped me make my decision. Can't wait to put it in!!!!

 

i have the skunk2 dual bend with the skunk2 ****, and it's great. shorter throws, more positive shift-feel, and it's steel so it wont break like some cheaper shifters will. it's a bit expenisve, but definitely worth it

 

i have a B&M straight short shifter on my si... its a great shifter, its just that i bought the wrong one. i shoulda bought dual bend.... i gotta busy my back and shoulder just to shift and reach. gonna get new one soon.

on the other hand i drove my friends hatch with skunk 2 shifter...its great also! only thing is B&M is shorter. Skunk 2 is nice but not as short as B&M.

Skunk 2 Shifter is the same length as stock, but has shorter throws.
B&M is shorter and also has short throws.

I have the Skunk 2 and prefer it because it looks almost stock.
