Default TD05-12a-8cm2 Need help with exhaust flanges and other things

I got this turbo super cheap from my friend for like $30 with a cracked housing.

Got it welded from my ancle for FREE YAY.

I'm stuck on what kinda of flange to use for it. Heres a pic of it.

What flange would I use for the DP?

I see that most people have 2 vacuum wastegate but mine comes with 3. Anyone know how to connect it up?

How much expected housepower could I get from this turbo?

Try roadraceengineering.com for those flanges, I'd say you may get close to 180whp with that thing on your sohc and some decent fuel/ ignition tuning

EITHER ROADRACE ENGINNERING OR TURBOCHARGERS.COM should be able to take care of you.
