Default Swapping B18C5 Short Block for B16A2 Short block

Motor is sick, its going to Honda next week for diagnostics to determine if the head gasket, valve, pistons, rings, or what is "failing". If bottom end needs rebuild, I am probably going to buy a new ITR short block. Please avoid "don't spend that $$$$ on a new Honda short blocK" comments. That said, I am trying to determine if I will have any additional incidental expenses? I realize he B18 block is taller, so will I be able to use my B16 front engine covers? Will by B16 DC 421 header clear the oil pan? Are their any other incidentals (other costs/parts) that I may run into from switching to a B18 short block?

ITR short block comes with:
Crank shaft.
Pistons and rods.
Oil pan.
Oil pump.
Water pump.
Oil filter housing.
Upper engine mount bracket and studs.
Front and rear main seals.
Dip stick tube
All assembled and ready to go!
