Water weakage! Need help, cant find source...anyone???
its been raining, actually pouring these past couple of days. Today after work when i stepped into my car, i notice the floor on the front driver side was soaking wet. there was puddles of water on the floor on the front and passenser side, soaked my floor mat completely. Then i checked the back, and both sides in the back, the floor was soaked. Also there was water under the rear seats and in the trunk where my spare tire was. Cleaned out the water and ripped all the panels off my car searching to see where the water was leaking in front and no luck. Wondering if any of you guys had this problem before and hoping you guys might know what the problem is. Already checked all weather strips, and tubes that run throughout my car, but nothing. HELP! its still raining out here.
i have the same problem.........i think it might be my tailight gaskets or whatever
because my rear floor and now the actual back seat is wet. I am pulling everything out today and find out wassup...I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a Sun Roof the drainage tubes get filled with crap or the outsides of them where they exit the car get clogged, It happens all of the time. Just go in there and make sure that everything is alright
this is th enumber one problem with all of our tegs. as far as the rear of your car(back seats on back) you have a number of different things:
1: tail light gaskets are worn
2:sunroof drain tubes
3:weatherstripping around hatch(rare)
4:the water under your rear seats may be coming from the rear wiper squirter on your roof.
you should be able to seal around the squirter area, or do like me and shave it. that solved my water under the seat problem
