if i use a f22b dohc ecu on my h23, would it make more power?
first of all, does anyone know what ecu is used for the f22b?
ok, the reasoning for the question is that the motor are so similiar as y'all might know. the f22b makes the same hp as an h23 (160hp), they share the same head design and they have the same stroke. but the f22b makes the same hp w/ less comp. and lower displacement. does the f22b's ecu have a better fuel/ ign. curve 'cause of japans higher octane?
now if i would to replace the h23's ecu w/ the f22b's ecu, would it make more hp because of h23 higher comp. and displacement? what do you guys think?

it would make sense, b/c the f22 is also smaller, aka less fuel....
so if you put it one the h23 you will run a bit leaner, making a few more hp.....
but you never know how it will react to the higher compression, its ignition curves are made for lower....
