Default Wheel, Tire, and Sensor Questions!

Howdy! Just got a '99 Accord LX V6 coupe yesterday. Put it in the ditch the same day (crappy Sumitomo tires + 20" of snowfall - road getting plowed = slip slidin'). Luckily, the extremely deep snow prevented any damage.
Now onto the questions:

Will 18x8.5 wheels with a +43 offset with 245/40 tires fit on my Accord? How about with a 1" drop in ride height? How about with 235/40 tires?
Has anybody used or have any thoughts on this O2 Simulator before: http://www.o2simulator.com/4436.html
I've heard good things about it. I'm planning on getting a test pipe to replace the cat and I know that the second o2 sensor will go berserk if I don't slip it a mickey.

thx

you want 18x7.5 with +45 offset, 43 is kinda low, your tires will stick out, so prepare for major rubbing!

if +43 is too low then why does tirerack offer the +42 asa st2, +42 asa st3, +42 asa st4, +40 bbs re, +42 bbs rk, +40 bbs rsgt, +42 ssr competition, +42 ssr gt3, and +35 trmotorsport r5 in sizes ranging from 18x7.5 to 18x8.5 for a 99 honda accord lx v6 coupe? did you mean to say that an 18x8.5 with a +43 offset with a 235/40 or 245/40 tire would rub, or did you mean to say that any 18" wheel with a +43 offset with a 235/40 or 245/40 tire would rub?
