EuroLite Xenon Fusion Bulbs: Review
I don't know if this is the right section for this, but it is lude related so I figured I'd post it here. I just got two sets of Eurolite Fusions, high beams and low beams, and installed them on my 4th gen yesterday. I've had a few different aftermarket bulbs (sylvania silverstars, cool blues, PIAA) and out of all of them, I can say that these bulbs have provided the whitest, brightest light . The color temp rating is 4500k, so they have a tiny bit of a blue tint to them. The best part about them is they were only $13 per set from http://www.cardomain.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow external">http://<a href="http://www.cardomain...domain.com</a> , so i really don't care if they blow out. Also, both sets of these cost less then one set of silver stars
. If there is any interest in pics I'll post a few up, however, I don't have any before pics, just the ones after I installed them. Hopefully they last...

I have used the Eurolite Super Plasma bulbs and I have had my high beams for a little over 2 years and they still are going strong *knock on wood* my low beams on the other hand burnt out after about 2 months so I tried another set and again burnt out in about 2 months. I got tired of this and put the stock bulbs back in and have now chagned to the Farenheit bulbs which arnt really blue but a lot better than stock and whiter and brighter.
I like the blue or green look but don't want to get green bulbs as I'm afraid I will get a ticket and don't know what kind of blue bulbs to get that are actually blueish and don't burn out and arnt that much worse than stock. I like the crystal look. A friend had Eurolite Crystals in her van and and they lasted not quite a year I don't think but almost before they both burnt out. Not bad but considering my stock bulbs lasted 6 years it isn't that great.
Eurolites are okay but again you get what you pay for. Im running Nokya arctic whites in my GTI and they are stock wattage and 4150 K. With every bulb, someone is always going to curse them and others swear by them
Do you guys have any pics of these? My Super Plasma ones were very white and I liked the look of them and how they looked on the ground and they arnt the ones where you actually see less than stock like some of the bulbs. I like my Farenheit bulbs I'm using now but they are white not blue. I wouldn't mind getting some blue ones to put in there sometimes but don't want them to be a whole lot worse than stock. I wan't stock wattage though. I have seen numerous cars with blue headlights just not sure what kind most I have seen are 80/100W and I don't want to melt my wiring.
i just got some Xtreme Vision 6500K Super-Whites....they definitely have a blue tint and aren't as bright at factory....basically can't see shiet with 'em....but i don't mind for a few reasons
1) price = $17/pair
2) visibility not an issue where i live
3) they're 55W, so no electrical worries
all in all, i wouldn't recommend them, but they look better IMHO

Mtec bulbs are pretty good. I had a set that lasted about 14 months in my low beams. Slight blue tint, mainly white. Decent price too, about 25/pair, I was getting them from ebay. The person selling them had a guarantee that whatever went wrong with a bulb, send it back and he'd replace it free, less shipping. I actually sent a pair back, and he did infact send me a new pair. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...36476
