get an aircraft remover and spray that on to strip the old paint, clean the valve cover, mask the letters you dont want to get painted or simply put vaseline on it then spray some VHT wrinkled red paint that you can buy off NAPA and other auto stores and it will give you that identical type r red

I think what you really need help with is reading the forum guidlines and making a thread title that reflects what's actually inside instead of a generic title like "help".
With that said, just degrease it, lightly sand/scuff it up and paint it with high temp engine enamel or the krinkle paint that a lot of people on here use.
