Default clutch pedal is DEAD

i wake up to start my car this morning and my clutch pedal is dead. falls flat to the floor with no resistance and doesnt spring back up.

this is not new. it has happened the past two winters and i think the cylinder down by the pedal is leaking. i can see the rubber piece has fluid on it.

usually when this happens, i pop the hood, see that the fluid is empty, fill it up, and pump the pedal for about 10 mins and its back to normal.

not today.

i filled the fluid back up and went to pumping. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, still no feeling in the pedal. it still drops straight to the bottom and wont pop back up.

Bleed your clutch...just like bleeding the brakes but a lot easier.
