Default b16 problem

ok, my car is weird. the exhaust smells like unburnt gas, a lot of black residue on my muffler. its runing VERY rich. it bogs too, but only when it wants to. i have a dc header which i recently put the o2 bungs in. it ran very bad bogged really bad wired correctly and i switched the wires and it stopped it a little bit. but only a month later it started bogging every now and them. my first guess was that the primary sensor was burnt, i switched the wire because i read that as long as the primary wire goes to a good sensor is it that my other senso finally gave up? i dont want to go buy a pair of O2's and come to find out it does not fix the problem. i also get awful gas mileage. i go to a town 2 hrs away from my town and it wastes gas up the *** whereass when i had it with the original exhaust manifold it wasted me very little. i am really leaning to bad sensors, just though i would ask, also do you guys recommend i go back to my original e-manifold. i didnt really notice a difference with the header unless i am hauling *** all the time in the higher rpms but i dont do that all the time because it is my daily driver. that is why i ask. i really need help ans will spreciate all the help i get. thanks

man here i go . try your timeing make sure all your aligment marks are correct check your timeing and make sure you jump the green cable on your computer 2 check your time. also invest in a multimeter or voltmeter check your O2 sensor on a stove heat them up 2 a least 15O Deg. and make sure the voltage goes up and down if not replace the O2 sensors. Anymore Q email me. Sorry for the spelling i just really drunk right now. see ya

Do you have one O2 sensor on 1&3 and the other on 2&4? are they not reversed?

is this a ODB0 motor?

i welded bungs on the closest i could get to stock location, one is on the bottom of the port for 1&4, and the other one is for 2&3, i have the one that is supposed to be the primary one with the white plug to 1&4 and the other one to 2&3, but i had to switch them around because it ran worse when it was correct, and backwards it bogs still but not BADLY, just bad, gas gets gulped down like there is no tommorow. it really sucks, i think header will be coming off if i dont figure it out quickly. anybody had this prob?
