Help:Did a tune up and now car won't crank over.

Changed dizzy cap and rotor, fuel filter, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Tried to start car and now it won't start. I even put all stock parts back besides fuel filter and car still won't start. It is a bone stock 98 gsr with 87k miles on it.

Plug wires are in correct order.

spark plugs were in right order and i took it to my mechanic and said the ignition coil wasn't producing spark.
