i think it is an oxymoron...

uhm youre going to shoot a 100shot ?!

... best wishes to you, if ure on a budget, uhh,,, thats not the way to go if u wanna stay in it... :-)

100 shot, id say u should build your motor more.. than just stock...

if you dont want to build your motor, then dont run a 100 shot.

LOL, why so much nitrous on such a small motor. Anything more than a 75 shot you should buy rods and rod bolts, and sleeve your block. Good luck...

for 1 i wouldnt go over 75 shot
id get ngk-bkr7e plugs gapped at about .30- .32
for 50 shot stock timing is ok, for 75 id retard 1 or 2 degrees.
it wouldnt hurt to have a better fuel pump either

happy spraying

yup, and people went along with it.

Anyway thread starter. Cheapest thing you could do is retard your timing. Other then that start off small shot then tune, then build then bigger shot then tune til your eyes bleed then tune some more.

wtf 100 shot is way to much unless you have a very mild build. and oh yea you dont up your compression to run nitrous.

I was just thinking the same thing....man people are just plain lazy! Take the time to red the posts and take the time to answer them properly.....no wonder there's so much misinformation floating around.

If you're going to run a 50 shot, your stock plugs are fine and so is your timing. If you have a bottle heater and will be running it at the proper temps, use a -1 degree retard on the timing (ignition). If you run a 65 shot and no bottle heater, use the -1 ignition retard and stock plugs, don't worry about changing the gap (yet, unless the cars starts missing while spraying but I doubt it). If you run a 75hp shot without a bottle heater, use a -1 degree retard and 1 step colder plugs, or 2 degree retard and stock plugs with the gap closed down by .010. If you run a 75hp shot with the bottle heater, use a -2 degree ignition retard and 1 step colder plugs closed down by .010. Your stock fuel pump is fine and so is everything else. If you want to go higher than 75 shot which I wouldn't use on a regular basis, (I'd go 65), you'll have to build your engine (namely your rods) to handle the increased loads.
