ALRIGHT GUYS.....THIS JUST STARTED HAPPENING A COUPLE DAYS AGO. WHENEVER I GET IN MY CAR AND SHUT THE DOOR (CAR IS RUNNING) I GET A SERIES OF BEEPS AND MY TRUNK OPEN LIGHT COMES ON LIKE MY TRUNK IS OPEN BUT IT ISNT. ANYWAYS, NONE OF MY INTERIOR LIGHTS ARE WORKIN....ALL DASH LIGHTS do WORK. WHEN I TRY AND TURN ON MY MAP LIGHTS, THE TRUNK OPEN LIGHT COMES ON AGAIN. is this a fuse problem or wiring or what??

Was this the case before the Trunk/light weirdness started ? Or all at once ?
Maybe start with the trunk lid switch/contacts (in the trunk) maybe it's jammed/broken/dirty ?

 

all the interior lights worked before, now they dont, and the trunk light comes on when i try n turn em on

 

Beeps??? Do you have an aftermarket headunit? I do and it beeps when i turn the car off to remind me to remove the faceplate....

Maybe somehow the headunit security wire is hooked to the light wire and beeps as if the car was off?

I dont know what im talking about.
