need help, for h22a4 head torque spec

need help, for h22a4 head torque spec
im new to this forum, i've already searched the forums and only came up with one set of numbers that was 72.3 ft lb for the head bolts. i was wondering if anyone knows the spec for the rest of the head( cam covers and so forth) thanks in advance
