A friend of mine is selling a Spoon chipped H22 ECU for cheap. He's selling all his H22 project parts so he can get new track tires for his NSX. He's a good guy, I just pick up a Sir S Spec LSD tranny, custom Clutch Specialties Clutch, and custom Spec lightweight flywheel from him.

corect me if i am wrong but isnt the "real" spoon ecu just a honda ecu with the spoon program and they just slap their name on it? Or do they actually manufacture aftermarket ecus?

yes you are right, but you know it was programmed by Spoon, not some Joe Shmo that says they have a good copy of it or a chip that is supposedly programmed by Spoon. Spoon does not sell chips, they just sell the reprogrammed ecu that is properly done with the exact program that Spoon has. They put a chip in it with their name and a serial number on it and then they seal it with tape. That is how you tell it is "real".
