Default Ebay DIY intercooler pipes any good?

anyone run these? look like a steal for aluminum (no pun intended).

they look good to me... i mean how wrong can you go with..... pipes? thanks.

they might be a good idea, you just need to get a big tubing cutter. sawzalls are kinda rough on aluminum if you get overzellas with it. but it doesnt look like that bad of a deal.

I dont mean to tjack but I was also thinking of getting the same stuff but it doesnt come bead rolled does it? and if it doesnt is that really that important?

yea im curious about this too, this guy seems to really push the whole rolled edges thing, but if its a DIY kit wont u just cut off the edges? thanks!

umm there a guy that sell intercooler pipe for 30 inch intercooler, made to fit civic and integra. i believe he sell it for 150 shipped, better off buying those.

piping is piping. If it has the bends you need and all the couplers and stuff just get it. I used parts off my brothers old roll cage for a part of my intercooler piping.

hacksaw ...its only aluminum.

I think you could find a better deal. I'm not sure if this is the same guy, but one of my friends ordered something like this off ebay and the **** was so thin that I was hesitant to help him put it on his car. On top of that, it didn't seem to fit no matter which way we cut it up.
I still think the best method for DIY's is to buy mandrel bends, cut them up, and either use a welder or couplers. $.02
