according to the weight(25lbs i calculated) and dimensions(added few xtra inches. rough cost is $20-25usd shipped FedEx International Ground. you can check as well to V5N5X1

It didn't come with any flow rating, but I'll try and look it up online.
I can probably ship to Canada, but not through FedEx. Last time I shipped to Canada it was through USPS.
