My Xmas gift to myself:)
What a pain in the *** this can be sometimes...iam in the garage for 4 hrs a day but maybe i just take to many breaks...here are some pics...I have some qustions though...I want to run about 7-8 lbs and thats is should i get a boost controller and what kind...Where Do i tap in for my boost gauge and my blow off valve? And what do the top and side ports on the wastegate go to?And I installed my rc 550 injectors and there just black wires on my obd1 clips does it matter what wire goes to what? thanks here are the pics

For an external wastegate, you would use both. Side port goes to boost reference (before or after throttle plate is ok), and the top port comes in from the boost controller solenoid (COM port).
You use the NC solenoid port for external wastegates and it also goes to a boost reference (before or after throttle plate is ok).
The boost gauge has the ability to also read vacuum and boost, so it needs to be referenced to the intake manifold (after the throttle plate). Same goes for your BOV.
The injectors clips don't have polarity. Make sure that the injectors are saturated/high-impedance units if you're not alredy using a resistor pack.
Take some time to secure your steel braided lines or at least firesleeve the them if they have to be rubbing against stuff or close to sources of heat.

Side port as boost refence iam confused so like it my turbo had a hold tap in the sidfe like most do since mine doesnt where would i want to get it from then

What is the Nc port????where do i get something to cover my lines with so i dont met anything or rub agianst anything i dont like the looks of the silver stuff that i have seen

You can use a Golden Eagle vacuum manifold and tee into the brake booster line before the check valve to supply everything with vacuum and boost sources. That's probably the easiest way to do it. Any other way would involve a lot of drilling & tapping or a lot of tee'ing off of vacuum lines that are too small to be spread so thin.

The NC port is found on the electronic boost controller's wastegate solenoid....you have to have one first. I'm partial to the A'pexi AVC-R over the GReddy Profec Spec B II, altho I've used both and either works well to control target boost levels and wastegate doody cycle.
If you don't plan on running an EBC, then you can just hook up the wastegate side port directly to the vacuum manifold. Leave the top port vented to atmospheric pressure.

Goodridge and Aeroquip both make a variety of firesleeving in orange and other colors. Use .44" ID since -4AN is roughly .425" to .430" OD I think. http://www.racerpartswholesale.com
or PM Stan (Flamenco-T) for the Goodridge stuff...but I'm not sure if he stocks any of that stuff since a lot of people probably don't buy it.
