Higher RPM's

What do you have to replace/uprgade to get your car to rev to higher rpms?

upgrade the cams (ones that will make more power at higher rpms), upgrade valvetrain (ones that handle higher rpms), raise compression (enough to make the cams happy)

Also don't forget you will need some sort of ECU or program that will alow your car to rev that high.
