Default what makes more power ls vtec- cr vtec

tryingto choose,a ls with a vtec head or a b20b with a vtec head ,withstock pistons.

personaly i like the cr vtech more but its a prefrence thing

stock pistons... i preffer the LS over the b20. larger displacement wants higher C/R to pull like people would expect from a b20.

i have a b20 vtec and my buddy has an ls vtec. we both like my car more.

a cr/vtec will make more torque simply because it has more displacement. but it also depends on the pistons and what head you use on how you set up the ls/vtec. you could stroke the hell out of it and make just as much as a stock bottom end b20 with a vtec head.

B20Vtec will make more power, it won't be a reliable even though that both of them aren't terribly reliable.

<FONT COLOR="royalblue"> B20 & B18A/B have the same stroke, the diffrence is the bore size. B20B/Z has a 84.5mm Bore & the B18A/B has a 81.5mm bore. CRVTEC's have been know make good power w/ stock pistons and upgraded cams & tuning. I have seen some hit 13.0 & 12.8 w/ stock bottom ends. </FONT>
