looks like a 94-95 obd1 gsr header. I'm not sure if it could be anything else. Hopefully somebody can confirm or deny this.

my ls header looks different, so my guess is gs-r

I hope that is off an LS Anybody who puts a header with short primaries like that on a GS-R should be shot. but it looks like a DC header which means it could be either, if you can find out the year then you are good to go, the GS-R has a shorter length

do you mean aftermarket? i have a 98 and it has an o2

maybe you don't have a stock gsr header
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
94-99 gsr has 1 or 2 02 sensor (s) on the cat
btw the header looks to be from a 94-99 gsr as some members have stated

in that picture...that header is for GSR, like nesgsrdriver stated...gsr's header does not have o2 hole at the collector...o2 hole located at the cat

def a 94-99 gsr. all others have an o2 sensor on the collector
