Default GSR Turbo

I've got a '95 GSR I/H/E and am looking to turbo. I need to get a compression test done to find out what i'm dealing with but I was wondering about how much boost can you run on the B18C? And how would you lower the compression on that engine so you can boost more.

What kind of Fuel mamagment?
What size turbo?
how well the engine's shape is?

Too many factors don't listen to this guy
