H22 HESITATION PROBLEM BETWEEN 1-3 THOUSAND RPM?

WHEN I FIRST GET GOING IN MY CAR BETWEEN 1-3 THOUSAND IT LIKE BOGS AND DOESNT WANT TO GO BUT ONCE I FLOOR IT OR GO PAST 3 GRAND IT WILL CLEAR UP AND DRIVE NORMAL BUT BETWEEN 1-3 GRAND IT WILL BOG ONLY FOR THE FIRST 5 MINUTES DRIVING, THE HATCH I PUT A NEW TYPE R FUEL PUMP, NEW FUEL FILTER, NEW PLUGS, NEW CAP, NEW ROTOR IT STILL DOES IT IM PUTTING A P28 WITH HONDATA IN IT THIS WEEK AND HITTING THE DYNO IM GONNA SEE IF ITS MY P13 THATS CRAPPING OUT ON ME BUT I DONT THINK SO ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED I HATE THIS PROBLEM SO MUCH

anyone else think they know the problem to my question? rega322 thanks for the input i appreciate it
is it a hesitation or does it more like fall on its face like almost stalling? if its hesitation its more like an o2 problem although it could have something to do with the spark plugs also, even though you just replaced them they could be gapped to big or not gapped enough, also check your ignition timing.
im with you on that lunatik. my car studdered like this then i smashed my downpipe and the o2 sensor with it. i had a cel for a defective o2 sensor and it didnt studder with a cEL on. but a week after replacing the o2 sensor the **** started hesitating again...

It could be a number of things, I would start with the cel and see if there are codes in the ecu. Then if the o2 sensor helped a little bit then from my experience
i would check out the egr system for clogging and test the egr valve to be sticking.

P13 is a piece of crap. You will love the Hondata.

i see you fixed it, but I knew it was the 02 sensor cause my friend 300zx had the same problem for a while. good job on the repair.
