Compression numbers look good.

I would stick with Castrol High Mileage.

High milage blends are a joke...just keep you oil changed regularly.

At 111k, stick with conventional oil. A switch to synthetic at such high mileage may result in the detergents in the synthetic oil breaking the gunk that has formed in small cracks in seals over time, causing leaks. If it aint broke dont fix it.

no they are not. they have are better than regular oil. thicker viscosity as well as some esters present in the blend.

stick with castrol HM 10w-30 year round....

stick with conventional oil in a 5W30 ..... 20w50 will just starve your engine of oil sense it is so thick

edit and btw those are great compression #'s

just stick with the high mileage oil. it is not a GF-4 energy conserving oil like the 30wt. conventional oil. HM oils has a thicker viscosity than conventionals which will give you that extra bit of cushion before the oil drops out of grade due to high temperatures. as oil temperature increases, the viscosity of motor oil decreases.
