True. Depends a bit on setup, but most people are running -2 to -2.5 up front and -1.5 to -2 rear.

I ran -2 front and rear with 0 toe for about a year. I was going to track events about 1-2 time a month and daily driving the car. It did take a toll on my tire, but my ES100's lasted a year on street
