Default Ignition control module wiring (ICM)

I have a 1993 Civic Si (D16Z6). Im replacing the ICM and I needed to know what the 4 terminals on the ICM are. Theres the bent spade on the side, a bent spade on top, then two straight spades on top. Can anyone tell me what spades are signal input, output, etc... The four wires that connect are blk/yel, wht/blu, yel/grn, and blue. I did a search and found that this question has been asked at least three times in the past, but has never been answered. Thanks for your time.
