LS/VTEC swap in so cal?
Hey im from san diego and is wondering does anyone around the so cal area knows how to do a nice and clean ls/vtec swap? i would perferred someone that's in san diego, orange county or the LA area. I'll buy all the parts that is needed to complete the swap all u gotta do is swap it in. If yes how much would u charge? Get back at me, thanks.
i need to do the full swap. I currently have a LS motor in my 94 hatch and i just got a good deal on a gsr head. So yeah if u can ask your homeboy and get back at me i'll appreciated. Thanks
The shop I got my **** done at does GREAT work. If you search you can see pics. They did a B18C5/B16A2 hybrid swap into my EM1 civic. It’s so clean you could eat off it, and it works GREAT. And they do their work FAST, no bullshit waiting for 4 weeks or what not. They can do pretty much anything, swap, build the engine, turbo it, tranny work, bolt ons and what not.
The shop is called "B-Series" and is located in Ocean Side. Call "Scott" at 760-752-1898
The prices are very reasonable for their labor and the quality of work is top notch. In fact, in order to get my project done on time (as in the time he quoted me) he stayed for an entire weekend, working sat-sun when the shop is CLOSED, and this isnt some special hook up either. He will do that for anyone because he relies on repeat customers to stay a float, you know?

i talked to him tonight and he'll let me know his schedule this week. i'll keep you posted if he has free time. This guy works 2 full time jobs and part time school. he's a maniac and still works on cars...
Remember to shop around. See who will give you the best prices. I can attest to the quality of Scott's work and how fast he operates, so give em a call at the very least.
