I washed my car about a week and a half ago. It's been pretty cold here and since I washed it, my turn signals have been acting funny. When my car is warmed up, my turn signals work fine. When it's cold they either take about 5 seconds to turn on after pulling the switch or you have to do it again. Is something worn out or possibly just has moisture in it?any help is appreciatted cuz no turn signals=

 

could be a failing relay. mine did the same thing last year at the beginning of winter. i dont know if it has to do with it being 12 years old or the Hot to cold within a short period of time

 

without goin out and looking, i dont know where the relay is...wanna point me in the right direction?
