Default Ride height for auto x?

Ive tried searching but what would be the best height for auto x or mountain up/down. right now my car is droped to no gap between tires and fender the tires im using are 205/40z/17 suspension is tein super street. but it seems with that height all my tires seem to rub while turning. So does anyone have a good ride height where it would be lower then stock and not rub while cornering? TIA

I had my integra dropped so that the fender was about .75" above the tire. That seemed to work out well

If you're rubbing, then you are dropped too low.
There is no perfect ride height, its more a matter of spring rates and the rest of your suspension set up.

yeah if your tires are rubbing your def to low. I would say your gonna go through some trial and error to get the setting you feel is right.
