factory baseline whp of a s2k

eyyy guys i just wanted to know what the baseline whp of a s2k is?

my 03' dynoed at 203hp and 135lbs/tq shortly after breaking in the motor.

wow.. nice numbers for stock.....

usually it's around 190-195rwhp...

My father's 2004 S2000 dyno'd in at 202.3 HP right after the break-in.

They couldn't get a tach signal, so there was no torque reading.

190-195 whp is normal for 00-01 s2000's before the ECU upgrade.

You can go to the NA power thread and look at the stock and 2.5lt motor dyno

from what i have seen...

00-01 190-195whp
02-03 195-205 whp
04+ 195-215whp (not sure why it varies so much, i have seen that low and that high)

Those look like DynoJet numbers. Mustangs dyno's would be a little lower and the Dynopaks a bit more.

my 2000 dyno'd at 203.2 wheel hp. on a dynojet. totally stock except for 17" te37's.

thats a very high stock dyno for a 00...

congrats on having a factory freak...
