I just bought this 93 hatch from a dude at my job and I need help
The car has adjustable coilovers on it and i need to raise the car because I live in philly and the streets can't handle the car being that low. I searched online for a instruction manual but can't find one
u need is a set of hooks that usually comes with coilovers,

they are the ones at the lower edge of the pic. They fit in notches on the part the spring sets on. Easy to use hard to adjust, since u gotta lift and adjust, put the car down and see if its level. If not repeat..

I got the wrenches and I ain't know how to use them. I'll check that before it starts snowing really bad. Is it supposed to feel like you ran over a landmine when you hit a speed bump or pothole? My friend had his car lowered and ran off a curb and cracked his oil pan. I damn sure don't need that happeneing to me. Thanks for the info EvilPinkEye. It's a nice EG i got from this dude. Real clean and he painted the interior red to match the exterior paint. And it's got SI wheels. I'll take some pics and put them on for the ht people and get some suggestions on what i should do next to the car.
He told me it's at 1 whatever the hell that means. He also said it can go one notch lower than that. I assumed it'd be at zero if it was anylower. I'll go outside and measure it to see for sure though.

First, replace all the painted parts in the interior.
But to adjust the coilovers, all you need to do on each corner is........
- Remove wheel.
- Loosen LOWER bottom ring on bottom of spring.
- Raise/lower TOP ring that the spring sits on to where you want it.
- Tighten lower ring up against upper ring.
Done
Or if its just one ring thats locked with a set screw:
- Find the correct allen wrench for the set screw.
- Remove wheels.
- Loosen set screw.
- Adjust ring up/down to where you want it.
- Re-tighten set screw
- Put wheels back on
Done.

I have the wrenches but I didn't know how to use them. How is that? I apologize. I'll take some pics after I wash it. The snow and salt make the car look sad.
Here are 2 pics of the car. I used my sidekick 2 so they aren't that good. I'll take some more on sunday. The insides look bad because of when someone tried to steal it and broke the steering column. I'm fixing that right now
