What are your plans for the future?

Yep. Building a new 'hatch. I know, I know....it doesn't make sense! Truth is, I like building them.

Some pics of the car can be seen on my website. Go to 'racing' then '25 Hour'. If you would like specific pics, let me know.

Mike,

Do you have any other more detailed pics of the cage? I want to see a bit more about it.

RJ, Thanks for the help getting the pics up.

I will try to take some cage pics tomorrow. I honestly don't know how to get them onto my site. I will have to have Mike P. set it up for me.

Andre, were you giving me **** or wishing you were on my team? J/K - ha, ha. Hmmm, not sure if I will be going H4 or H1...... Part of it will depend on how the car is sold. Part of it will depend on the make up of the 'team' next year.

Now Chris, while I am working on stuff, I honestly am not sure where the car will end up. The most inexpensive route would be to continue in H4. I have all the spares to run that class. You know me. If I am going to run a class, I will have all the spares. I really enjoyed last season running H4 with everyone. I know that I can go faster if I really tried. As I said above, H4 is probably where this car will end up.

Actually, the most inexpensive route would be to not build a new car. I must be sick because the prospect of car construction (again) sounds like fun.

Then again, H1 could be fun.....

Anyone that knows what's good for them will buy this car! It's Fast! It's Yellow! It has a proven pedigree! If you know Mike, everything was done RIGHT!

Someone buy it and come run H4 in NorCal next season! Or bring your swap and run H1. This is the kind of turnkey I wish had been availible when I started.

I can't wait to see this hatch...

I'm glad to see I'm not the only fool in building another car currently owning a well sorted proven racecar. Good luck on the sale. It's definately price right ... if anyone has ever price what a actual build really cost.

Can this car be registered/insured? Or will it need to be trailered to events?

The car had a salvage title when I bought it. I did a complete repair of the damaged parts on the front end. Since I was building it to be a race car, I never got the brake/taillight (or whatever it is called) check done. It definitely wouldn't pass now since there aren't any airbags etc.

In other words, the car can't be registered & will need to be trailered.

BTW, those lap times were done with the car being shifted @ 7000 rpm. FYI, the factory redline is 7200 rpm with fuel cut being 7400 rpm.

Yes, the girl is smoking hot. Her name is Shannyn Sossamon.

It could be ITA legal with a little modification. Car doesn't have a heater core. Main hoop is welded to body but would be fairly easy to 'cut loose'. I don't believe that Skunk arms are IT legal....right?
