D15b sputters right before vtec hits... HELP????
just as the thread states this is what happens im not sure why.. maybe its dumping too much fuel or what not. i was getting codes 1 and 14.. i tried 2 different o2 sensors didnt find any change. If anyone has any suggestions then please help thanks.

i dont have my book here with me 1 was for the O2 and 14 was for let me look it up real quick... iacv was what the 14 was for we actually fixed the 14 though.. .. now its just the O2... so the tach jumps around all weird and ****..

Since your mentioned that the tach jumps around all crazy. Does it move up and down not according to the engine rpms? That usually means its the Dizzy. Try replacing the cap and rotor, if not, try using someone elses dizzy and see if it makes a difference

we tried that as well. we swapped the dizzy the tach runs fine until it hits right before vtec then it jumps around all stupid. but its during the sputtering .. so it doesnt seem like its that at all.
I'm curious to know whats your a/f when its sputtering like that. Does it sputter right before vtec, or during?
right before and through it as well. since that last code dropped it is getting a lil bit better.. im going to try and get a new fuel filter today and see what happens if it will help or not. we were using the d16z6 intake manifold on the d15b motor with the d16 injectors on of the d15 injectors was bad so we switched them up..
