Default ITR MOTOR AND GSR?

Ok, gsr motor is 170 hp stock and Itr motor is 195. I was wondering whats the difference between the motors? I "heard" that the itr motor just comes wit better cams, valvtrain, pistions and so on....would the two motors produce the same hp if both used the same cams, valvtrain, pistions and so forth..and they are both 1.8 litters....thanks!

+ polished head and ports, single port intake manifold, balanced piston, rods and crankshaft, light weight fly wheel, 4-1 exhaust manifold....in other words...by the time you do all that to your GSR engine, you would have spent a whole lot of cash!
