Iam looking to install a fiberglass sunroof filler to drop the weight of my 1993 si, what are some opinions? and what kind of weight am i losing? thanks guys i appreciate it!

maybe check the helms....maybe not, after the install you may save 20lbs????

 

Thanks guys... I would like to save as much weight as possible. Next step is lightweight battery and CF hood but that can be later on.. For now i just nee to take sunroof out and put in filler so i can get it painted...

 

I just bought a CF sunroof plug for my 95 Prelude, and the OEM sunroof assembly was 35lbs plus about 10lbs for all the trim peices and such, so yours is probably a bit less than that. The CF plate is like 1lb

 

one pound.. thats awesome.. where would i be able to find one of them.. i already found a site with fiberglass ones and what would the price be?? thanks man i hope i save lots of excess bullshit weight!!
