a couple months ago i bought a set of jdm 98+ tailights from passwordjdm..
even before i installed them the passenger tailight had water in it..
hoping the new lights wouldn't do that but same thing w/ the passenger light.
anyone know how to solve this?

This thread was just in the Integra forum. Not sure if it'll solve the problem, but who knows. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1086869

as long as the tail light assembly itself is not cracked, or have a hole
replacing the tail light gasket, will solve your water accumulation problem

i realize that honda calls them "gaskets", but in reality they are just dampers, not gaskets. the purpose of them is to stop vibration or noise, not water leaks. if you have a water leak, bottom line is.. you have a hairline crack, or the seal where they joined the 2 pieces together is faulty.
don't believe me, ask honda.

have first hand experience?
because I do
I have an older integra, and the neoprene gasket, became old and flat
I bought new gaskets and no longer have water in the tail lights, and trunk
