Code 15 + Jumpy Tach + random stalling... :(

Code 15 + Jumpy Tach + random stalling... :(
A couple issues...
1. Past 4000rpm my tach jumps all over the place.
2. I went WOT last night and once it hit around 6K it just died, and started throwing a code 15.
3. I pulled the key, and started the car up again and it ran for a couple seconds then died again. Pulled the key again, and it wouldn't start up.
Sound like the ever elusive ignitor?
