I sold a complete d16a6 bottom end to 1 CAM WONDER about a month ago. He is in Canada and I am in Califonia. He paid me $300 shipped via a Canadian Postal Money Order. I told him as soon as the the money clears, I will ship his parts. I deposited his $300 money order into my bank thinking it was "as good as cash" and would be in my account later that day. Not the case. I learned that my financial institution sees this as foreign currency, being for another country. They explained to me that the US system has 1 more number in the routing system than the Canadian currency I supplied and it could take up to weeks to clear once proccesed. To this day, the money is still not cleared and I appolagize for the situation and the long wait, but it is out of my hands.

Now..., I have been completely honest with 1 Cam Wonder and he has given me nothing but greif about how I am trying to scam him and I am taking him for ride. I felt it was time to put this out into the open forum so everyone here knows the situation before a scammer thread is started on me. Now the PM's and getting obscene and uncalled for.

1 Cam Wonder......I don't have your money (yet) and you will get your parts...as soon as the money clears. This is beyond my control and would have never sold you the parts if I had known it would take this long. Besides, I could use the money in which I am still waiting on myself

thats the problem, I would in a heartbeat, but my bank has had it for a while and told me if I were to cancel it now, it would take even longer than just letting ti go through. Trust me, its been a pain in the *** on my part. I can't use his money until it clears and he doesn't get his parts until it clears. He just doesn't understand that we are both put out by this. Not just himself.

Thanks guys, I just really had a feeling if I didn't throw something out there, that I would be defending myself for simply waiting on my money and didn't want to be in that position. I have had way too many transactions on this site to scam anyone and lose that.

 

1 cam wonder....I realize that you have had other transactions where your money was not an issue. For some reason, my bank sees differently than others. I would love to send you the block, but I don't have anything other than a receipt of deposit, but no money until it clears!
