Im wiring up a B one six in a homie's Si HB. Since i have heard one of my other buddies purchasing the Hasport Sub-harness, I was wondering wtf does it do? I know u can go w/o it. Also are the Hasport wiring schematics good to go by? TIA Any Info Is Appreciated .
theres only 4 wires you need to add. its up to you weather or not you need the harness, the hasport piece is quality.
theres 2 pins you need to add at the ecu, and theres 2 wires that you cut, and send to their new locations on the block. so theres 4 total that you have to do.
there are many b16 swap guides that have all the info you need. but again, if you dont want all that hassle, go with the hasport piece. better safe then sorry, but i went without it, it wasnt that hard.
