I have an oxygen sensor question...
Ok so I have a JDM B16A in my 94 Civic VX and im throwing a CEL. Code 41. I know its the primary o2 sensor heater. I got a new O2 sensor (4 wire) and was about to install it but then I looked at my current sensor and its 5 wire... I thought B16s had 4-wire O2 sensors? I'm not sure whether i bought the wrong sensor or i need to re-wire it to 4 wire. Incase none of this makes sense, I'll take pics in the morning and post them. Any help is appreciated.
Here is all the info you need

you DO.. or you DON'T?
if you don't have one, you could always chip it, and have the knock sensor disabled.. or else you'll have to tap threads into your block and add it.
its a long debate on weither or not the knock sensor actually works, or does anything for the engine... its obviously there for a reason, but i personally dont' think it does a whole lot. (i have my knock sensor disabled.)

I meant there already is a knock sensor in my car (before I did the O2 sensor wiring). I did the re-wiring, cleared code #41, the CEL cleared, then drove it for 2 miles then all of a sudden a CEL came on. I stopped and checked for codes and it was #23. Does that make any sense?

now physicaly check the wire from the ECU, to the sensor.. thats about the only way to eliminate wirring, after that, maybe replace the sensor? if its running fine... the engine is prolly ok, and the sensor is faulty.
all the knock sensor does, is it senses for knock.. lol, whtas knock?
knock is when the cycle of the engine is in motion, and before its DTC (top dead center) the combustion chamber is ingnited, and wants to put the power train in reverse... of course with moving motion taking place this wont' make it stop, but you can feel a knock. this usually happens in the most drastic conditions of advanced timming. or turbo applications.
