how to check CEL
my 1990 civic ex is throwing cel today for the first time, it is also after having the car warm up and driving in about 4 inches of snow and real cold weather. how do i check CEL
Just look at the Ecu already. It's not hard. Your code doesn't have to be 11. CRX_Control was giving you an 'EXAMPLE' silly. Have fun and good luck.
Pull the carpet down in the passenger footwell and look at the little red light flashing. Count the length and number of blinks and that corresponds to the code. Check your manual or online for a list of the honda codes.
