I cracked the gear that goes on the crank that the timing belt works off of on my B16 motor.. Does anyone know if the crank gear from a type-r motor will fit a b16 block?

I looked at the one on my type-r crank and it looks like the spacer plate is part of the crank gear and the B16 one is not, Im just wondering if they are still interchangeable..

If you go to the pic below my B16 gear looks like #11 and the type-r one looks like #12

both work the same the 1 with gear is for the obd2 (cranck fuction thingy)

Im sure you know this but make sure the tooth count is the same. Good luck!
