Default Installed Mugen Front Strut Tower Bar - Quick Question

This was a super easy installation, took me less then 5 minutes.

Took out the stock bar, put the Mugen bar onto the 2 matching points on both sides, tightened the nuts to spec, and voila:

But, it came with a bunch of extra little parts:

I couldn't understand the instructions, and the pictures didn't really help. Spent a good 5 minutes looking at the engine bay and the bar, I see no use for these. What are they for, and why the heck did they come with the bar?

So, bottom line is, I don't have to worry about any of this stuff? All I needed was the 4 stock mounting points, and that's it.
