hah dont buy a civic,well if you consider spoon having a good opinion,heres what they think of your car "the integra. although the upper limits of this car are not so high, its a perfect car for beginners".

well spoon didnt mine fixing a integra up now did they. integra is a little bit more than just a beginner car. hmm i think thew sohc civic is more of a begginers car. just my opinion. and i doubt all integra owners base there choices on spoons opinion. there only a aftermarkert parts manuf. not a car manufact.

 

i'm not saying that tegs are bad, but when you compared the opinion of one of the most respected endurance race companies in the world, i am just sayin that a real race crew "spoon" sees the integra as a beginner car with low high end suscess.not like many of the cars on the road compare to any of spoon vehicles...but along the line of sohc crap, what does a stock gsr run at the track maybe a 16 or a high 15, when an sohc pulls nearly the same times.

hmm my near stock ls pulled a 15.5. a ex will pull about a huigh 16 low 17. so waht does mugen say about the integra?

civic si's arent raced by spoon, and the only reason why you dont care about what spoon thinks is beacause they think that your model sucks. and back to the si, they arent good either, but ive raced against nearly stock sohc vtec hatchs that run 15.4-15.7's all day long.thats the case with most of them intake and exaust to wonders to those cars....but even the b16a equipped civic si runs 15.8's out of the factory.so you have your numbers mixed up.the 16-17 range belongs with the gsr's.oh and thats not including what a stock ls runs...
also i am not using very good quotes for the context i guess.we are comparing the opinion of spoon on vehicles that are run 1/4 mile times when their cars run 2.5 mile runs.so how many big dawgs are running tegs,hmm L kubo=hatch. big papa=hatch, now a coupe. e bergenholtz=crx,.bla bla.
but we could go on and on about this,you cant say that to buy a civic is to buy a slow car,but i cant say to buy a teg is to buy a slo car. with the right amount of money you can make a crv fast.your car has a nice setup and looks good...but there are tegs and hatchs runnin much faster times than your and my car ever will...

ive seen many people hit mid 15s in single cams in both hatchs and coupes on just the motor no power adders by any means

but then again chris rado went 8s in his teg (but can u still consider it a teg??)

CIVIC OR INTEGRA, it wont come down to the car. its all about the driver...
and dont live by what spoon says, they build both cars so. any car can be built
to drive(fast&handle).
its all about personal taste, not what some company likes...
also my friend in a hx civic ran 15.8 before and can take out alot of si's...
my old ls with only exhaust would take-out alot of si's... but it mostly all comes down
to the driver.
and c/f hood and red looks good bro
