You run a pipe from the turbo and bend it so that it goes to the intercooler.
That's the best way.

I ran my piping right behind the radiatior and through where the drivers side tow hook used to be. I took off the drivers side tow hook.

I ran mine from the turbo over throught the hole where the windshield washer bottle was to the intercooler.. Then from the intercooler over and up through where the factory resonator box was and to the intake..

That's how I am going to re-route mine . I have mine ran 90 degress of the turbo and then a 180 into the IC. It(piping) sits kind of close to the ground.

On my setup (see sig), the compressor outlet points down (too lazy to clock/rotate the turbo housing) so I go down towards my front crossmember, then make a tight left towards the frame. We cut a small hole to where the windshield wash reservoir sits (removed it) then a U-joint to the FMIC, then up through the resonator cavity hole and to the TB

On my setup I used a preformed radiator hose to go from the turbo to the intercooler. Just went to the local parts store and asked to look though the rad. hoses till I found one that looked like it would fit.

As far as route is concerned... my compressor outlet was pointing down and the ic end tanks pointed backward...

I would say we need to know exactly where the turbo outlet is facing. My 14B points straight up, and my buddies T25 is sraight forward. Depends on the turbo.

But neway... i just moved my over flow tank and had it do a 180 right down that lil hole and under the washer resevoir

Could ppl get some pics up in here of their setups? It'd really help. I've heard that the T25 and 14b turbos are the easiest to run piping for, but what all is neccessary for say a smaller T3 from a volvo or sumthin. Thanks!

Wish I had pictures of how mine is setup but its sitting over in the storage unit. I had welded 90 degree elbows (a little pricey) on the intercooler and cut a round hole on each side of the front support between the frame rail and radiator. Just makes for a tighter cleaner install IMO.
