i just dropped my car with H&R sports and i didnt do it, and it feels fine, whereas some of the fine folks on HT highly suggested it before the job was done

a lot of people will tell you that you should, but on our accord it's really not necessary at that kind of drop. my car is lowered about 2 inches (whereas yours will be about 1.5) and even with 6 people in my car (including myself) i never had problems with bouncing off the bumpstops.

No you don't need to. I installed the pro-kit springs on my car (99 Accord) and have had no problems. Even over really harsh speed bumps with 4 other people in the car.

DO it according to eibach's instruction, i did cut mine even when i am on prokit.

eibach didn't tell you to cut your bumpstop for nothing.

yes, cut it.. it's not a ride issue.. it's a safety issue..

doesn't matter what others say, it's in the instructions for a reason..
