My new setup requires a much larger intercooler, I was using this intercooler for the past summer on my B16 and 10PSI and didn't have any problems at all. It actually fits an EF very well after modification of the bumper support. Here are some pics of it before my car was painted and after. It was on my car for maybe 5,000 miles. I'll try to get close up pics of it tomorrow.

That's a customer's 8 inch that I was just test fitting, the pics with the bumper back on are all with the 5 inch. I haven't tried to put the bumper cover on with the 8 inch yet, I'm waiting to order my own to do that.
