Default Header Intall?!?!

Hey, I am trying to install DC 4-1 headers into my 97 ITR.
I am having a little trouble getting the Oxygen sensor out of the stock header. How do I do this?
It also says something about applying an "anti-seize" compound to the sensor before putting it into the new header. What is this and what do I do about it?
Lastly I am having trouble fitting the new header into the space that is givin to get it up to the head. Are there any tricks or tips for getting the header in as easly as possible.
thanks

Try unclipping the o2 and removing it from the header once it is out. I had 3 people helping lift up the header while i installed mine. HTH. I didn't use any anti-seize either.
Good luck with it.

You can get anti sieze from any auto parts store. Unplug the o2 sensor and take it off with a big fuggen wrench after the OEM manifold is out of the car. Remove either the clutch slave cylinder or the drivers side fan and the new header will slide right up there.

I really doubt that the O2 sensor is actually seized because the upper portion of the cat is hard to get salt/slimy stuff in. They have special O2 sockets that you can get at any auto store for about $5 or like someone said, a big *** wrench will work. Also, unclip the O2 sensor for sure before you drop the cat down. Lastly, remove the splash guard before you remove/re-install the header to make things easier. That's what I did 2-3 weeks ago when I installed my JDM Header. If you have anymore questions feel free to IM me or e-mail me.

Good luck!
