my question is my turbo bolts to the revhard which is cast, the 4 bolts thread into the manifold, 2 keep loosing themselves or un threading or simply keep coming loose. i put lock star washers on there and blue lock tight anyone know what else i could do plz help

you can get a stud kit. but a good way to do it is. put the bolts in tighten it down and get someoen to TACK WELD the bolts in place to keep them from backing themselves out

price and time wise. get new bolts. tighte em down and get amuffler shop to tack weld it
prob cost you less than 15$

 

if i ever want to take it apart, how hard will it be with them being tack welded

have them tack it in somewhere you can get to with a grinder or cutoff wheel.

get some washers with folding tabs, after tighten the bolts, you fold the tabs over the head of the bolts. I can get those for free, but I'm deployed right now, or else I would send you some... they sell them all over
